Products may be ordered through our website by following the on-screen prompts. You will have the opportunity to review and correct your order before submitting it.
5.2 Order Confirmation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation Email.
We reserve the right to decline any order without being required to provide a reason.
5.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your order.
6.2 Payment
Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as digital wallets where supported.
We do not store your full card details. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider.
6.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails, your order will not be processed.
We are not liable for any charges applied by your bank or card issuer in connection with a failed transaction.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas and Timescales
Delivery is available to selected areas within the UK.
Estimated delivery timescales are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7.2 Click and Collect
Where a Click and Collect option is offered, orders will be ready for collection from our Deansgate premises at the time confirmed in your order confirmation.
7.3 Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Title in the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return, and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
9. Perishable and Food Goods
Please note that the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts does not apply to perishable goods, including fresh food and beverages.
